Internet down after bill transfer
Completed bill transfer for internet service with roommate in the afternoon, and internet went down without any notice around evening. Smart home manager is saying everything’s working, no outage in my location either. Keeps asking me to register when connecting to wifi, but after completing the registration, it says account already registered and still no internet connection.

Thanks for reaching out to us about the service interruption you're experiencing with your internet @Alexanderzzz.
In order to further help with this we'll need to meet in a DM. We'll need to gather some information to see how we can get your internet service back working correctly. Please check your Direct Message inbox (it's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).
We look forward to hearing from you.

Joined the chat, but not getting responses. It’s not stated anywhere that transferring bill responsibility would cause network to go down during the process, and it’s greatly frustrating. Called customer support, and he said that the network won’t be working until the transfer is complete, but right now it’s pending. No idea what’s taking so long.

A possibility is the change of billing responsibility did a credit check. If the other individual has no or poor credit would be required to pay $100 credit management fee before have working service.
As can connect to the internet, registration page info, recommend performing a factory reset.
Depress and hold the reset button for 20 seconds, release, check back in 5 minutes.
This will restore the gateway to default settings, will lose any custom configuration including SSID / password.
