Infringement tutorial
I received a copy right infringement notice in my email with a link to take me to the support page to complete the alert and tutorial. When I click on that, either alert or tutorial, from that support page or the AT&T copyright infringement page it says it cannot complete the request to try again later. When I login at the top right of that page it takes me to the basic att.com page. And then I goBack to that infringement page to try and complete the tutorial now that I’m logged in and it still asked me to log it. How can I completed tutorial if I cannot login and stay logged in on that page

I fixed this! You have to create a Member ID from your ATT account. Should be under your account/profile settings. Should be a notification asking to complete registration by creating your member ID. You'd think member and user ID is the same thing but NO weirdly enough they are two separate things and this is not made clear. You login to the infringement tutorial with your MEMBER ID and NOT your USER ID.
