I vote that the slowest site on the internet is your AT&T account pages!
The AT&T account pages are the slowest pages on the web either on your Computer or your phone/mobile app. My screen turns off after a minute without success and sometimes it doesn't load for several minutes. this has been going on for years!
Anyone else tired of the "Please give us a moment. We’re almost there!" screen? Seriously AT&T??????

Hi There @pete3000
We understand that out website is not performing as well as it should. We can help with that.
Now the first thing is that you need to clear the cache and cookies on your browser. This link is a set-by-type instructions on how to do that: Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache
Also you if you can test your speed of your internet connection. You can test your speed here: AT&T Speed Test
Also if your internet connection is WiFi, you can always switch to Ethernet. Since the Ethernet connection(or wired connection) is a physical connection rather than environmental(WiFi) it can provide a stable connection, which makes the translation of the internet data(which is what the browser does) a lot smoother and more efficient.
Now if you are unable to switch connections, you can also restart your gateway. This is a great link to tell you how to do that: Troubleshoot your internet
The last and final thing that you can do is use our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. The link above has the tool embedded in it. Just click on the "Let's get started" button and then sign in to your account for a tailored and personalized experience.
If there is anything else that you need, please reach out to us again.

Hi There @pete3000
Slow websites can also be attributed by internet traffic. To many people hitting the same website can make it slow or even not responsive.
Think of that this way. The internet is like a two way highway. There are certain times when that highway is clear and times when the traffic on that highway, is bumper to bumper and things move very slowly.
Somethings to look at is your ping and tracrt(trace route) results. The next things are performing those functions.
Once your computer:
What is happening is that you are sending a signal out to that website and you are getting a signal back.
The results should like like this: 4 packets sent 4 received
Also the tracrt function:
Repeat steps 1 and 2
This tests does the same thing as "ping" but on more informational level.
Step 3: The command is "tracert" and then the website you are going to.
The number over on the left side of that black box tells you how many "Hops" it takes to that website. 1-6 hops is within the AT&T Network and everything else is outside. What you need to do is look for this error "Request Timed Out" That hop is what need needs to be fix. If it is past 6th " Please take a screen shot of both of the tests.

AT&T's website is just plain clunky feeling. Tons of re directs when signing into your account, or doing just about anything with your account.
And no it's not my device speeds. I think a 8700K, 32 GB DDR4 3200 RAM, 2TB NVME SSD, and RTX 3080 are enough.
Not the connection either. 100 Mbps down. I've always felt like AT&T's site was just clunky and slow.
