I need help

The company cancel my account with no reason, I had to get a new account again, wait for a week without internet, Now 9 days later I got a bill, why? Please someone explain to me that.

other thing is I need to someone take the installation fee out of my bill because the reason of my old account was cancel is because of a mistake of AT&T, I appreciate any help
