I moved and trying to reactivate my internet and direct tv

I moved and I cannot get ahold anybody to reconnect my internet service and direct tv

Sharply reduced call center staffing, technicians not available to work due to health or family issues, record-setting call volumes and a growing service backlog are causing difficulty in getting through to AT&T (and the other communication companies, judging by social media). You'll have to keep trying and be patient.

Did you ever reach someone? Im trying and it says call back during the hours they are open but it is that time. Plus it says i can transfer online but online it gives me the phone number.
