I got an email about Copyright infringement

Got an email saying I needed to acknowledge it. I tried going to the page and when trying to acknowledge it I get a pop up page saying

Server Error Service not available. Please try again later.

I tried chatting online with someone to help me but they said they couldn't do anything then bounced right out of the chat (pretty much the equivalent of hanging up on you) so now I'm not sure what to do.  from the other posts I've seen around here i'm not the only one who has had this problem.

So how do I fix it?

I really don't want to lose my internet because I can't do something they are requiring me to do even though it's their pages that are broken.

EDIT: I managed to get a window to pop up and it says: To submit your acknowledgment, please enter the Notice ID from the email you received into the field below.

as far as I can see there is no NOTICE ID .... what am I missing?

You may need to have a new notice ID sent out. You can email our Copyright Infringement group for further assistance.

Hi, I actually figured it out. the Notice ID is part of the complaint in the email. I was on chat with AT&T for over two hours trying to get them to help me and fix their stupid pages since this is happening to other people and they have been able to get the pages to work.
