I don't have an ATT account but I'm getting charged every month

I have been on the phone with 3 different associates today and nobody can help. 
I tried ordering ATT internet a year ago. I never received any equipment and I've never received a bill.
The last associate tried looking with both my Debit card number and my bank account number and couldn't find it. I have the bank statements (for that matter that's where I got the ATT phone number from to begin with) to prove what is going on, but she couldn't even make it stop. Can someone point me in the right direction here? They've got me for around $1000 so far.

File a complaint with the BBB.  Someone from the OOP should be in contact with you.
