I can't sign in to my email

My email account says I need a new password. I cannot remember the answer to one security question, so I cannot reset the password. The live chat option is always a sixty minute wait and it times out before sixty minutes. I really need to get into my email. Does anyone know how I can?

We recommend that you reset your password. You can have a temporary password sent to you if you don't know the security questions that you have already set up.
