I can't sign in to my AT&T account online and manage my plan

I have been really frustrated with can't login my account overseas. I have been in Taiwan since March, 2017 and every time I need to call international support to make changes. it's very time consuming. it doesn't matter if I am using phone APP or using a browser on ipad or laptop. sometimes luckily enough I would be able to see the current bill, but that's it. I wasn't able to add on any international plans or change my family plan, not mention managing other details in the account, ie. current contract, viewing data usage.....etc..


I was informed that I will be able to manage my account online no matter where I am while traveling.... this is really inconvenient!!
