I cannot login to my uverse account. The email on file is wrong, so I can't change my ID or password.
My apologies, this is regarding a post that got closed because I didn't respond in time - I was having additional troubles with my laptop.

"I cannot login to my uverse account. The email on file is wrong, so I can't change my ID or password. It must have been hacked, those are not my security questions either.
Convenient that you have a link to pay one's bill without signing in, since signing in is impossible.
I absolutely must have access to my [email scrubbed] email, and to my Uverse account to retrieve copies of the bills.
I've called AT&T specialists twice. The password to our internet account is also messed up. I requested snail mail recovery, and it still hasn't come after 2 weeks.
THIS IS CRITICAL. I will clean up this mess once I can access."
