How to receive credit for returned DSL Gateway?
We cancelled our ATT DSL service a few months ago. I took the modem to the UPS Store. They accepted it and gave me an "AT&T Equipment Return Recept", Return Reference# A2408P20190430122757. I then started receiving many calls about returning the equipment. I spoke with the agents, explained that the equipment has been returned, gave them this information, and even called your returns center to verify that they had received the equipment. I thought that the situation was resolved, but now I am getting a bill for the equipment that was returned. How can I ensure that this is marked returned and I do not receive any more bills?

If you can't get any satisfaction from AT&T, file a report with the BBB. Others have reported that in doing so resulted in a call from the OOP.
