I see there has been a lot of drama regarding how to get your reward, the reward center, and the reward tracking.


To make a long story short, I could not get in contact with anyone at the reward center and when I typed in my account information at the online reward center it said I didn’t have an account 😑😑 but finally I was able to get in contact with someone who helped is how I did it.


I went to their Facebook page and contacted someone via messenger (Thanks for the help Daniel!). He then opened up a live chat link with me and after explaining my situation he said he would get in contact with someone from the reward center and conference me in and he did exactly that! I spoke with someone in the reward center and she helped me out with getting my card to me. It’s supposed to be here in 3 weeks. Hopefully I’ll see it soon! Hope this helps out the many many other frustrated people! I was about to cancel services behind this. Att, you guys have to do better with your rewards and promotions. There really is no excuse for not getting your customers what you promised! Thank you for fixing my situation Daniel!
