How to get a Account
I plan to join the AT&T internet plan, but I can't create an account, because when I want to create an account, it only shows me to let find your account. Should I first call the company and tell them my plan before I can create an account

You'll need to first sign up for our service to get an account. Once you sign up for our service, you'll be assigned an ID and a temporary password. You can check here for information on how to create a User ID once you've signed up for your service.
