How to access fixed wireless plan details while NOT connected to your fixed wireless?

New fixed-wireless customer, trying to access my plan details, money owed, data usage, etc - but it seems the link to Manage Fixed Wireless tries to log me in while connected to my fixed wireless. So I can never access this information if I am away from my fixed wireless connection at home? That seems very odd and frustrating. I have tried working with support and all they seem to understand is to send me steps to create and ID or reset my PW - not the problem!!!!

Hello @fixed_wireless_frustration

We'll do our best to assist you.

Just so we understand, are you trying to view your account information without signing in? If so, that's not an option. To view account details, you have to be signed in to the account. Or is the problem that you tried signing in to your account away from the home and were unsuccessful? Please clarify your issue for us so we can help.

Thank you for reaching out.

For my new fixed-wireless account, installed and working as of 12.21.19 1pm Eastern - I am unable to view my account plan details, my bill, data usage, etc while I am away from home and that fixed-wireless connection - called away for work out of town. I have an ID to log into AT&T website (att.com). It shows a zero balance bill, which is incorrect. I see a section, My Services - Fixed Wireless, on my main page that states "Manage Plan" - which is a link that takes me to a page with only a message telling me I have no Internet Associated with my ID. I am provided an option to link my ID. When I do that, I am redirected back to only a message page telling me my ID is already associated. So, yes the problem is that I am not able to view anything for my fixed-wireless account while I am away from home and not connected to my fixed-wireless account.

Thanks for the clarification, @fixed_wireless_frustration!

Since you mentioned you weren't at your home, did you ever sign into myAT&T at your home and verify that it worked properly there?

What browser are you using, and have you tried to use a different browser to access your myAT&T account to see if it works properly there?

What kind of device are you using?

We recommend you try to sign in through the myAT&T App to see if it works for you then.

Let us know if this helps, or give us more details so we can look for an answer.
