How do I sign up for text alerts?

I’ve had no phone, tv or internet since Friday at 3:30. The outage map shows that my entire neighborhood is out but there is no link to sign up for outage status alerts. I looked in my settings and couldn’t find it any where, tried to live chat with a “bot” to get the link (useless) and when I search for it, nothing shows up.
