I have an emergency. I’m unable to physically speak! I need help with an issue.

There is a chat option. Click on the Contact Us at the bottom of this page, click on your service, scroll down to near the bottom of the page that takes you to and you should see a call / chat widget; click on Chat.
Thank you for the response. Yet, I'm needing to chat with the financial department. I have already been on chat with the billing dept. They referred me here since I can not call in, in hopes I can get the help!
We can tag @ATTHelp and see if they respond.

@ATTHelp they need to communicate with someone via DM, per the OP they can't speak. Looks like DM is their only option.
