How do I get somebody to unsuspend my DSL service
U-verse seems to be holding my email hostage. They disconnected me after i cancelled my U-verse order becasue they did not offer self install in my area. Now No one can seem to re instate our internet service. it has been 5 -days and hours on the phone. I don't owe any money and we do not want to switch to U-verse. is there anyone at ATT that can figure this out. i keep being told that becasue there is a pending U-verse order they cannot re instate DSL!
this is ludicrous!
