AT&T related help: Change or reset your sign-in password
How do I get my password reset?
I have tried everything when it comes to trying to access my account, reset procedure with the typing in of the ID and the contact email.(my zip code doesn't work for some reason so that isn't an option.) And I have called a lot of employees which they have all not been able to help me and they tell me a higher up will call me and I haven't received anything yet. When I try to reset my password by putting in my ID and contact email it says they don't have enough details to reset it. I also changed my email before I couldn't access my account and it still says the old email is my att ID. This is tiring please help!!!
