How do I get my password reset?

I have tried everything when it comes to trying to access my account, reset procedure with the typing in of the ID and the contact email.(my zip code doesn't work for some reason so that isn't an option.) And I have called a lot of employees which they have all not been able to help me and they tell me a higher up will call me and I haven't received anything yet. When I try to reset my password by putting in my ID and contact email it says they don't have enough details to reset it. I also changed my email before I couldn't access my account and it still says the old email is my att ID. This is tiring please help!!!

If you’re still unable to reset your password, I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try resetting your password again.
  2. Try using a different browser or device to reset your password.
  3. If you’re still having trouble, you can try resetting your password by answering your security questions instead of using your contact email. To do this, go to the AT&T password reset page and click on “I’ll answer my security questions” instead of entering your contact email.

Am I able to be given a temporary password to sign in? I feel as that will be the only way I can get back into my account. I didn’t add any security questions and my billing zip code isn’t working even though it is the right zip code. I just need to sign in to add all of this stuff to prevent this from happening again.

 We encourage you to go through the following steps: 

Go to http://sm.att.com/dd5f80b4.

  1. Select Forgot password?
  2. Fill out the password info.
  3. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  4. Create your new password.

We also recommend that you update your security questions and answers and set up text messages for password resets once you're signed in, in case you forget your password in the future.

I appreciate the advice, my last name is not working when entering it so I cannot get to the give temporary password page. I am unsure what is going on with my account. I have tried this on all the apps and websites as well, smart home manager, myatt, and browser. Would there be anything you guys can do on your end if possible it’s looking like I can’t do anything about it on my side right now.

Hello, I was not able to fix the issue with this method either is there any way I can make a new account to switch with my internet air account? Or any other solutions please?

I called them they told me they are bringing it to a higher up to solve it but is it possible for other solutions that call was a week ago and I haven’t gotten anymore calls to help me. I am still unable to get into my account I am not sure what else I can do.
