How do I file a formal complaint with AT&T?

I have had issues with AT&T for 2 weeks now and every time they try to transfer me to somebody else, I get disconnected.  This has happened 4 times in the last week.  My service was out for 6 days because of their error and they only wanted to give me 4 days credit.  Finally got to someone who could give the credit then she was going to transfer me to the loyalty department, and I got disconnected again.  When I try to call back it is after 8 pm because I have been on hold for about 2 hours.  I have been with them for 42 years..  About ready to call it quits!

When you call in say cancel service, that will get you to the loyalty/retentions group.

Just what kind of compensation were expecting?  It’s 3 dollars per day your owe is the 6 dollars for 2 extra days worth the hassle.  Take your bill divide it by 30 that’s wheat you get for the 6 day outage

The total amount is 45.20 but it is the principal of having to call for the credit when it was their fault, and I couldn't do anything about it. I was without all my services for 6 days because someone disconnected a wire in the locked box while hooking up another customer to their network.

I have gotten disconnected 2 times while being transferred to the loyalty/retention department.

This is not customer service!

This also happen to me, plus 14 hours of phone log time waiting and being transferred to, Customer Service, Locality Dept, Collection Dept., and in addition, 17 pages of Chat transcript. Still nothing was resolved with my issues and NO ONE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!

File a complaint with the BBB. That will get you a call from the Office of the President.
