How do I file a formal complaint with AT&T?
I have had issues with AT&T for 2 weeks now and every time they try to transfer me to somebody else, I get disconnected. This has happened 4 times in the last week. My service was out for 6 days because of their error and they only wanted to give me 4 days credit. Finally got to someone who could give the credit then she was going to transfer me to the loyalty department, and I got disconnected again. When I try to call back it is after 8 pm because I have been on hold for about 2 hours. I have been with them for 42 years.. About ready to call it quits!
