I only get paid once a month. Your billing date does not work for me. I need to change it so I'm not paying it late every month.

To change your billing cycle, call 800-288-2020 and ask for Billing.

I have called or chatted to change my due date. It has been 4 mos. and the change as yet to happen. What next????
