We can help you access your modem, NASmith.
You can sign in to your modem by opening a Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or other browser window, and entering http://192.168.1.254.
Please elaborate on your comment about duplicate IP addresses for further assistance.

Let's get your Chromecast connected, @rceccc06!
If your Chromecast is having trouble connecting to the internet, we recommend restarting your gateway to refresh the connection.
If this doesn't help, you may want to try setting up port forwarding if your device allows it. This can help connect 3rd party equipment to your network. Just select your model of gateway from the dropdown to get personalized instructions!
If none of this helps, please elaborate on what's going on with your Chromecast, so we can provide more personalized suggestions.
