How can i get official outage documentation?

Hi! I work from home as a virtual customer services associate and on the 18th and early morning 19th the internet was out. My company is wanting a document stating that. How can I get this?

Assuming you're a residential customer, you'd have to write it.  AT&T provides no SLAs with regards to residential customers, and are not going to provide RCA or anything of that sort with regards to them.

 

I don't think any other residential provider is going to be much different.  If you require an SLA (Service Level Agreement), then you need a business account.  But that'll cost you.

 

Your employer should know this.
