High speed internet outage (sort of)

My high speed internet suddenly dropped.  It is not working wired or wirelessly.  But to be fair it’s not completely out… for example, if I try to open an email and leave it for about 10 minutes it will eventually load.  But absolutely no videos can be played and most streaming services cannot be loaded across 6 different devices. Again, I’ve tested most of these both wired and wirelessly . Equipment is all on and working.  I have reset everything several time with no change.  Tried to run tests via att website but they were unable to complete.  Tech support is closed and I tried to make an appointment and they hung up on me after trying to select a time.🤦  Any ideas??

Begin by restarting your gateway to refresh the connection and improve the speed. Just unplug the power connection behind the gateway for ~15 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the Broadband light to turn green.


We'd also like for you to learn what you need for AT&T Fiber speed. You'll want to make sure that you have the right hardware and that you're not running any programs that may impact speed. You'll find more details and information in the link provided above.
