Have 128 Statics activated but they don't route

I have just purchased the 128 static ip add-on for my internet service (and please don't ask me why I have it, I have many uses for it) for $40 as of 10-Oct-2023 and so far, after assigning an public ip to a debian pc, and tracerouting it to google to test if it works, it does not route to anything whatsoever except for an ip address.

I have spoken to at least seven (7) representatives on getting this fixed, all confirmed that statics have been activated to my account, but with this in mind, I do not see how it can be activated when an issue like this persists.


Please advise what to do, because I'm almost losing it.

Tech Support configured it for me (settings) and all I did was assign the ip to the designated device.
