Hi there @DMW250. We can help you with your devices and connecting to the Wi-Fi networks.

To make sure that we are understanding correctly, you are stating that the Guest Wi-Fi is showing up on your Smart Home Manager, but you have not given that network name to be used correct?

That is a very easy change to stop a network name from being broadcasted. Please follow the steps located in the Hide Your Wi-Fi Network Name support article provided by AT&T.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to gateway settings.
  2. Select Home Network > Wi-Fi.
  3. Enter your Device Access Code found on the side of your Wi-Fi gateway.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. In the Wi-Fi section, select the 2.4Hz Radio or 5.0Hz Radio from the Radio Selection drop-down.
  6. In the User SSID section, next to Hide Network Name (SSID), select On from the dropdown.
  7. Select Save.

That article does have a dropdown and will let you choose an option based on the router that you have.

After that is done in the router, please log out of the Smart Home Manager and close the app, wait 30 seconds, then reopen the app and, log back into the app to make sure that changes have been completed.

If there is anything else that you need, please reach back out to us again. Thank you for being an AT&T customer.

@DMW250   The info ATTHelp Matthew provided is no longer accurate.

But I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly what you need.  You say the Guest network is showing on your wired devices.  Except the Guest network is for wifi devices.

In addition to giving us a bit more detail on what you'd like to happen, perhaps you could post a screen capture of exactly what you're looking at in SHM.
