Gateway ISSUES

I can not login into my WiFi (gateway) account.The message I am receiving is the insulation guy did not confirm he was there!!!!!What does that Mean????So you got an (Edited per community guidelines) installer that doesn’t do his job and I suffer the consequences,REALLY??????

Here is information on how to access your gateway. We recommend resetting your Wi-Fi gateway back to original settings. This will delete all custom settings on your gateway.

of course you can login to your gateway, open a browser type in 192.168.1.254 hit enter and it will ask for a password the password is on a sticker on the gateway, was an installer for 12 years never have i ever had to confirm i was there during setup.
