We'd love to help you download and install AT&T internet security suite on your computer, @wecali.

Please note that, you're required to have an internet speed connection of 3:0mbps or higher to be able to download the internet suite for free. Make sure you uninstall any existing security software including current or expired security products.

To get started, we suggest that you go to AT&T Internet Security Suite and then click Download Now. Enter your ID and password and then follow the prompts to download and install.

@ATTHelp Thanks for the detailed instruction. When I turned on AT&T internet security Suite, I did not find the " Download Now" prompt to click on. Instead, it showed ID and password to type in. And then log in. I did that using the primary email address and password to log in. In the next page, I also did not find the " download now" prompt. Please help.
