Free Internet for life stopped randomly

I had started my unlimited and more plan in 2019 and it's been going well with no issues and I have been getting free internet for life up until 6 months ago.  I have called so many customer representatives many of which have told me its not an issue with me as I have not changed anything within the plan and it is a ATT error. So I have gotten credits put back in every month manually by the representative. Now I talk to a representative and they told me because I moved two years ago to a place 20min from where I was. The promotion was stopped. How does it make sense that the promotion got stopped 6 months ago but it was working perfectly fine for the past 3 years. I have been a loyal customer, paying a premium on my bill for this plan and now they representative is telling me my charged bill is valid because I moved two years ago. Can someone help me understand because all the previous representatives have been really accommodating and I have given me the credit I deserve. But now I just get a (Edited per community guidelines) answer because att stopped that promotion and now I have to deal with something that I was guaranteed for life.

I also had internet for life and mine has been cancelled. I called AT &T, and they said the internet for life has been cancelled.  I have not changed my wireless plan.  Is this true? I have received letters in past months and AT &T determined it was in error. 

Internet for life means internet for life?
