fixed wireless tower

We have been down since tuesday May 4th and believe me the force is not with AT&T. Yesterday they were at cinco de mayo drinking margaritas, and they are recovering today from all the margaritas and they said they would send someone out at 3pm on friday to look at their tower. Not sure why we would even need to call if one of their own towers was down they should have some dashboard that says hey look one of our towers isn't working.  Good thing at&t wasn't working with nasa during the moon missions. Mission control we have a red light on do you know what that means. And they would get back no we don't we will have to connect you to the red light department please hold. Then the red light department would get on and say can I please have your account number. The astronauts would say mission control has that information and the red light department said yes we know but they are on a different system then us, if you would have had an amber light then the amber light department would have had that number.

Hope everyone is winning the day, because I am not, but for every winner there are tons of losers.

They do. The people you call don’t have access to that but the people who actually operate the network do. If a tower is really out, they knew and they aren’t waiting until Friday to work on it.

I sure hope your right, but it is thursday and it broke on tuesday. But the people on the phone looked it up and said yes your tower is down looks like someone is scheduled to look at it at 3 on friday. So looks like the amber light department wasn't notified.

It’s not the fire department, especially if you live in a rural area. We customers have no idea how many technicians are available or how far they have to travel. Also, just because the outage ticket says 3 on Friday, that does not necessarily mean that is when someone is first going to look at it.
