Extremely upset being billed after service ended
Please help direct me to the appropriate agency to consult to resolve a billing problem with Direct TV. I canceled my combined AtT/Direct TV account. I returned the equipment in early September. Direct TV told me they are separate from ATT and will not remove two months of charges. I have become extremely sick after hours on the phone with them. i cannot do it again.

There isn't anybody in these AT&T forums dealing with DirecTV issues any longer. I don't know if phoning is your only option or if they might have someone on their new forums who could address this.
