Extended Service Outage effecting my business
My business is located in the Atlanta GA Clayton County area. There has been a service outage since 4-11-2023. All that I keep being told is they are working on the issue which should be resolved in 24 hours, it has now been 8 days and there is not other information provided to AT&T customers. This is a shame that an outage is this long and no additional information can be provided to customers. This is having a great impact on my business that relies heavily on Internet. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this?

If you have Dedicated Business internet you would have an SLA (service level agreement) with priority service and penalty for downtime… you would also be paying 10x to 20x as much for internet every month.
If you have residential service or small business there is no SLA or priority… you need to provide a redundancy internet which could be local cable, cellular hotspot, fixed wireless or satellite internet for business needs.
