Expired Reward Cards

We received 3 rewards cards that expired so quickly that we did not get a chance to use them! I called the rewards center before the expiration was even 30 days old to get the cards reissued but they stated they were unable to help me with anything (I spoke to a representative and a manager). I was then transferred to customer service to see if I could get the promotion re-opened to get new cards or get a credit on my bill for the amount that I was unable to spend. The representative there and his manager were also unable to assist me. These cards expired with full amounts for a total of $350. How do I get those funds back?

VISA And Virtual rewards are good for (6) months from date of issue.

Only the REWARDS center can reissue cards, example lost or stolen… not expired.

You could try calling 800-288-2020 ask for RETENTIONS (Loyalty) to see is a 12 month discount could be applied to your account to cover part or all of the expired rewards. $20 per month discount is $240 total, $30 per month for 12 months $360.

Same thing happened to me and it just expire 5 days ago!
