I am locked out of my email I no longer have an att account but I still use my email. In the past a representative was very helpful in getting me back in now I can’t talk to anyone because the phone gets hung up on me because I don’t have an act number. I need to get into that account. I’ve tried everything it keeps telling me to call. HELP!!!

My problem exactly. I don't have a clue as to how to "clear my cache" and "disable my firewall," I'm just a poor, humble user!! I can't get through to a person on the phone because I no longer have an AT&T account, I go through Spectrum, they tell me to call AT&T.

i just kept pushing 0 until i got a human, I´m not going to lie it took me quite a few tries. I finally got to a support person she couldn't help but hooked me up with a Tech support person and they finally got me in. She gave me a phone number to reach support.

How did you get through to a tech? Was it an AT&T tech? Are you able to pass along the number? My account now has a temporary lock and I can’t do anything. The last time this happened I had to call AT&T. They were the only ones that could send me the re-set link for my password.
