Is there an email address to ask questions? Most of the people you get on the phone or chat are reading from a script and sound like robots.

You can ask questions here, the response(s) will be based on the experience of the responder in their particular market as this is a user to user forum.
May also try a retail store, but again the person in the store may not provide official company response but their experience.
Searching these forums for past similar question(s) / answer(s) is another option if not willing to post your question(s).
EDIT....
Suspect many of the calls, chats are to individual without exact experience and thus use the script to answer question(s). Based upon your response leads to the next flow point in the chart.
