Email Address after cancelation

My family has a mix of sbcglobal, yahoo, and att email addresses. We have just cancelled directv service and most likely will need to cancel ATT internet service as well. Will we lose all the email addresses as a result? If so, is there a way to maintain email service, as keeping ATT as an internet provider may not be an option?

Hi @Mobey,

Let's get the help you needed.

To answer your question: Yes, you can use the email benefit even after cancelling the internet service. And this will be considered as a free email.

I hope the above details helps!

Thank you,

Justin, AT&T Community Specialist.

Thank you, Justin.

When I spoke to one of the representatives over the phone, he said the email would only be accessible for 90 days after canceling an account. Do you know what type of email that was in reference to?
