DSL Wired Internet Online Account Shows as Wireless

I am being scammed by a guy who set me up to start an ATT wireless plan. I cancelled the plan before I even got a cell phone from ATT, however the wireless account number still displays on my ATT standalone account for $76 per month DSL internet only. This is a huge problem I can't get any help via the phone CS route. I cancelled my DSL account and feel ATT is scamming me with this wireless account that sales guy set up for me. It won't update my contact information information, or view details on my only active account. The error message says can't send me a PIN code but won't let me enter my Verizon cell number. I do not have Att wireless service, thus the reason my cell# SIM isn't recognized by that online account. I want that wireless account completely deleted. I won't be returning the ARRIS (wired) internet router until that fraudulent (never even used) wireless account is gone, and I am actually provided a valid billing statement  by ATT which shows my internet usage, plan description, equipment I need to return to ATT, my current account status "cancelled". Also don't tell me to pay by 05.23.2023 if you haven't prorated my final bill yet and the telephone rep is to lazy to calculate the amount due for me (even after I got transferred to them for that reason). ATT has the most unuser friendly worst online account management/ billing website! You can't get any help at all. The reps. say they keep my name and address of my old case the new tenant wants to sign up for internet. (Edited per community guidelines)? I need to see my original ATT internet account details the account with my two email accounts on it. This isn't rocket science. I'm the online account also shows it as U-verse and it's NOT U-verse! It's internet alone plan. Why can't I access this wireless plan online account if that's where they billed my stand alone internet? Hmmm. I know ID theft for the new tenant at the apt. I just moved out of? Then the option to merge all the old accounts I had is a bad idea.1. Direct TV streaming- cancelled years ago. 2. ATT wireless account- No ATT cell # ever assigned to me that I can see anyway because I cancelled immediately . Please Help! And if the reps. can't do anything I need help with then why do they ask me if aI need anything else. I feel like now I need to go into the ATT store, and also file an ID theft report to police. I don't want these accounts and they need to be removed if you won't let me log into them..
