This forum is not customer support. No one here will be able to help you. It is also a public forum, please remove your personal information. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you likely won’t get anything back except 3 months worth. It is your responsibility to report billing errors within 3 months. How you managed to not notice double payments for years is on you. You can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. If they can’t or won’t refund, no one will.

Actually, it's 60 days per TERMS OF SERVICE  Sec. 6, paragraph G

g. Bill Inquiries.

If you believe you have been billed in error for your Services or any related equipment, please notify us within 60 days of the billing date by contacting Customer Service (Consumer 800.288.2020; Business 800.321.2000; Fixed Wireless 800.288.2020). AT&T will not issue refunds or credits after the expiration of this 60-day period, except where required by law or regulation.

Call back and request a 60 day refund.  No more, no less.

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

Have to agree with sandblaster, AT&T's terms and conditions require you to notify them with a certain period (I thought it was 60 days, not 3 months).  So the most you'll will get per their policies is the period covered by that.
