DO NOT SWITCH TO ATT !!!!!!!!

Att is a terrible company, they separated my wifi and cell phone bill when i just wanted wifi added to my account under one account and they decided to separate them. also months later i pay my bill and then they claim I never made a payment and not only does my bank statements show the payments made but the Att account it self shows payments being made. the agent i spoke to when i made the payments changed my wifi account to internet home phone and tv bundle with out my permission and now i went from paying $70 a month just for wifi to 175 a month and the agent tried to cover it up by giving me a bill credit attempting to hide she changed my account. i have had issue with att every month since switching over, I will be retaining a attorney because that is theft and Att is refusing to not even fix or correct the matter but let alone tell me nothings wrong and not even consider a bill credit. DO NOT SWITCH TO ATT STAY WITH WHO YOU ARE WITH AND FIX WHAT EVER ISSUE YOU HAVE WITH THAT COMPANY GET ON A PAYMENT PLAN WHAT EVER BECAUSE IF YOU SWITCH TO ATT YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!!!!!!!
