My internet line was cut Thursday. I was told 24 hours and it would be fixed. I’ve made 3 appointments only to have 2 put on hold and nobody show up for the recent appointment. It’s now been 48 hours and I’m getting the run around and being fed false promises to pacify me in the moment. I was even told Friday it was fixed I got home from work and the line is still cut. The city cut my line, this is the 3rd time it’s been cut. I’ve never had this issue with them in the past. They showed and had the issue fixed within maybe an hour. Nobody is doing anything to actually fix my issue. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years.

The line needs to be replaced with new burial request of the line. 

If have the information of who cut the line please provide that info to the tech so ATT can charge the company the responsible for damaging ATT property resulting on your loss of service.

It was the county work crew in Cleveland Tennessee who cut the line.

I have told them who cut it and they’re still doing nothing. It’s now been almost 67 hours with no service.
