Did they screw you too?

AT&T sent a $60 charge to collections - I'm an active customer, on autopay with a $0 balance.  It took me 4 hours just to find out what the charge was related to.  Then it took me another 2 hours to pay!!!!  I had to talk with 4 people just to pay.  On the last call, after 34 minutes, the woman gave me a web address to pay directly.  

I don't know if I've ever had a worse experience.

If you're waiting for ATTHelp to come back with a resolution, don't.  For one it's not clear that you have an issue to be addressed, it seems like you just came here to vent, which is fine BTW.

And two, they probably can't help anyway.  From reading a lot of similar issues in these forums, billing issues can only be handled over the phone.
