I have a bundle for phone, tv, and internet as well as a mobile plan.  In regard to the bundle, I've been told in recent orders to check for discounts before the order expires in 12 months. My question is at what point do the discounts become available, or when should I call to check for the deals? Is it possible to look for them online?
