Customer service was excellent today
Ever since i switched my cellphone over to ATT, I have been having issues with my billing. I have all service- Wireless, Direct TV, Internet, and Phone with this company. For the past year i have been having issues with my bill. Today i was transferred to Daniel in the cancellation departement who was able to resolve all my billing issues. He is the only reason why I am not cancelling my service and going back to Verizon and Xfinity(cable). Thank you for all your help today Daniel. ATT is lucky to have such a dedicated and outstanding customer service employee like you working in their organization.
