CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

ATT deleted my account without my authorization after I contacted them with regards to an inquiry for account cancelation or transferring to a new tentant. The supervisors solution (Sajan) was to accept a new account with a one time service fee of 99 and a soft credit check despite acknowledging that the other tech (Sam???) had submitted a cancellation to the cancel order. I never once authorized the account to be cancelled to either party. 

Luckily this was all over chat support so I have the transcripts.
