Credit check - hard pull - removal

Hello - I had applied for new internet services connection but the request did not get completed due to some issues with last resident having a business account at the same address and ATT representative said it will take more time to close the old one and get new one for me and asked to go on my way for another provider. 

I did so, while looking at credit report now, I am seeing that there is a hard pull from AT&T service Inc. on 7/1. I did not authorize this or this credit pull does not make sense as application did not move forward or was complete to take any action. So request you to remove this unauthorized hard inquiry.
