Copyright-infringement tutorial

I have tried multiple times, on multiple computers and cell phones, all with different networks, to try to take this tutorial and it always says "Server Down, please try agin later ".I've done everything you've told others to do ex: Cleared my cache, reset password and turned router off and on. By all the complaints from others about this same issue, how can I take this tutorial if the problem is on your end?

We are here to help you with the Copyright tutorial, machis2008.

Here is more information about the Tutorial.

This will help you with more information on how to access it, and take the course.

Also, we suggest that you make sure that you are using the right login information and that you reset your password because this will refresh the course for you.

We also have some questions, which will help us troubleshoot further.

  • Have you tried accessing this on another browser or in incognito mode? There may be an issue affecting the browser to load properly.
  • Have you tried accessing the tutorial on another network? This may be key as sometimes it wont load on the network that you got the infringement on.

Let us know if this helps, if it does not we can escalate this and get this to the right team.

We're happy to help with the copyright infringement tutorial, @derailed3.

We have useful information on copyright infringement and what steps to take for the Copyright Alert Program. We recommend doing the following to troubleshoot the server error:

  1. Clear cache and cookies to refresh and delete previously stored data on you web browser.
  2. Try using another browser or device to confirm it is not a device or browser issue.

Try this and let us know if this works or if you need further assistance.

Thanks for the response.  Yup, tried all that.  Also tried connecting via other networks (ie my cellular network - not AT&T) and no dice.  Same error for every approach I take.

Based on the information you provided, we will need to bring you into direct message to further assist with the copyright infringement. @derailed3.

In the mean time, try using incognito mode /private browsing on your browser to access the site and see if that works.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Just a reminder, please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

I also tried the incognito mode. This too did not work. The error mode still showed when trying to go into the tutorial.

Thanks for providing that additional information, @machis2008.

In order to further assist you, we're going to need to directly message (DM) you for further assistance.

In the meantime, if you could please take a screenshot of the error message you're receiving and have it ready, it would be much appreciated.

You should notice a notification at the top right of your screen momentarily indicating a message from us. We look forward to further assisting you!

No idea if this is just another failing of the att.com website infrastructure or the actual problem but I noticed that if you decode the URL on that page it's saying "You are not an active user".  When you tried to sign in, did you use the credentials for your AT&T account and is that the main account?
