Copyright Tutorial

I've spent over three hours with AT&T support being talked to like I'm an (Edited per community guidelines) and offered no actual support or resolution. I'm trying to take the copyright tutorial, and I keep getting a server error. I've done all the things I've been told to do (clear cache, etc) and none of it works because the problem is with YOUR servers, not my browser. I'm so tired of my time being wasted on this nonsense. I'm a college professor, I teach four classes with over 120 students a semester, I don't have time to hang out with support for hours while they do literally nothing. Fix your website, and stop wasting my time!

We're here to help you complete your tutorial, msrayzberg!

For us to determine where the cause for not being able to access the tutorial lies, we always suggest you do the following:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser, so that we can make sure that any prior information that is already present isn't causing a conflict when you login.
  • Rebooting your AT&T Gateway as well as the device you are using to login to the tutorial, so that they can have a refreshed connection to the network.
  • Make sure you are using your Primary Member ID to login to the copyright tutorial.

However, since you have already tried troubleshooting, let's meet in a Direct Message to discuss getting you into the tutorial. Please check your Direct Message Inbox, which is the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums page.

We hope to hear from you!
