Copyright infringement "You are not an Active HSIA user." error
I got a copyright infringement letter and it says my service will be limited if I don't complete an education tutorial.
Well, unfortunately, I can't log in to the Copyright infringement program, as I get the dreaded "You are not an Active HSIA user." error.
I've tried with both my main email address (the one I use to log in to my online account, and also the one AT&T sends me when I go through the "Forgot my ID" process).
I've tried with the User ID that's on the letter (sbciptv_xxxxxxx@att.net).
None of it works.
How do I acknowledge the alert and complete the tutorial?
Thanks for your help.

Hi, @romainc.
If you've been asked to take the Copyright Infringement tutorial, you will need to use your AT&T Internet Member ID. This ID will not always be the same as the one you use to access your myAT&T, because when you bundle services you may end up having two separate Member ID's for each service, and an Access ID.
Here is some information on finding out what your member ID is.
Let us know if you are able to access the tutorial after ensuring the Member ID is correct. You may also need to reset the password.
