Copyright Infringement website not working

I received a letter in the mail about a copyright infringement notification and when I go to your website to follow the instructions, the website does NOT work.
I go to  att.com/copyright-infringement, click on the "Acknowledge Alerts" tab, click "Acknowledge Alert", a login screen pops up and I enter my User ID and Password and I get an error message stating "Server Error. Service not available. Please try again later."

And when you google the issue, I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. Fix your website. This is completely unacceptable.

Here to help with your website concerns, @eagleeyevalor!

Have you attempted to clear your browsers cache and cookies? This can correct any site settings that may be causing you to receive that error message.

Give that a try and let us know if it works!

I had trouble with this as well.

What worked for me was creating the complementary AT&T email that ends with att.net and log in using that rather than a third party email address. After that you should be able to complete the tutorial.
