copyright infringement tutorial

When I try to start the tutorial at the website the letter specifies, it says server error.  I have cleared my history and cache, restarted the computer, restarted the modem.  I have tried it on multiple computers with chrome, firefox and microsoft edge.  I even had a tech support person remotely access my computer and they had the same "server error".  Why is this so hard to do?!?!  It's been 2 weeks and same thing every day.  The tech person said maybe the server is down and to try again in a couple hours or days....the server can't be down all this time, doesn't make sense.  Any help?
