Copyright Infringement - Tutorial Won't Work

I had to leave college a month ago due to the COVID19 virus. I just found out that I recieved a letter saying that one of my roommates had 4 copyright infringements on our account. I have tried to do the copyright infringement tutorial multiple times for the past four days. The link WILL NOT WORK. I was on the phone with customer service today for 1 HOUR. The man had me try with Google Chrome and Firefox. I cleared the browser history and cookies. He suggested I turn off my modem and restart it. Nothing worked. He finally just said try again later because he was out of ideas. In the meantime, my roommates might lose their Internet. Please help.

Hey, @aholt14. Let's see if we can help get the tutorial working for you.

Have you tried doing this on other devices? What internet plan do you guys have? Also what exactly happens when you try to go to the link, does it just not load or is there some error message it's giving you?

We look forward to your response!

I'm in the same boat. I've tried to access the tutorial using multiple browsers, devices, and networks continuously for 4 days now. Every time I receive an error saying "The site can't be reached, copyright.att.net took too long to respond". I only have 10 days left to try and take this before my connnection is throttled back (until I'm able to complete the tutorial). It seems like my service is being held hostage and this is just a way for AT&T to slow down my account while charging me for faster service.
